I need to be able to give more than five stars! Heinz and Leonie have been absolutely amazing to work with on my balcony renovations from very first enquiry through to the completion and always dealt promptly and helpfully with multiple changes that cropped up as we uncovered the full extent of my waterproofing issues. After purchasing an apartment I very quickly became aware there were several waterproofing issues that had not been disclosed by the seller and in short the solution was to rip the balcony up back to the slab and start again. After getting several quotes, Schaefer Waterproofing were both competitively priced and extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the whole process that would be needed which gave me a lot of confidence to go with them. Once the actual job started they were quick to adapt to changes needed when we got weather interruptions, product delays and expanding scope due to finding new problems and always communicated proactively throughout. The finished balcony is better than I could ever have hoped for and it's amazing to know my property not only looks great now but is protected long term with the great work done. Thank you Leonie and Heinz!

Had a rising damp problem combined with mortar falling out in a boundary garage wall. Leonie and Heinz came out promptly to quote and suggest best repair strategy. Competitive price. They got the mortar repointed and waterproofing injection process done within a couple of weeks. Cleaned up well and a great result. Good communication right through. Pleasure to deal with.
