I highly recommend Basha renovations.Sam’s workmanship was of the highest standard. He was also very efficient, completing my job in less than two weeks. I really appreciated Sam’s great communication updating me at the end of each day with progress photos and explanation of the work to be completed the next day. I live in a busy apartment building so Sam’s care to keep public areas spotless was much appreciated. Very happy with the result. 2023: Thanks Sam for coming back to complete a second bathroom upgrade for me. I am equally happy with the result.

Excellence After the recent rain we were experiencing an inconclusive water leakage situation in our townhouse. As soon as I contacted Sam at Basha construction , I felt "heard" and relieved. He offered to come and inspect our downstairs storage area within a few days and even though so very busy, completed the work within a week. I can not explain how this felt, as we had been seeking resolve for almost 3 months. Sam is so professional, communicative and respectful. The work is to the highest level and the site left in perfect condition. It has been such a positive outcome. So grateful of Sam’s energy and kindness. Have shared this information with so many. Sam from Basha Reno's is an absolute gem of a human. He's highly professional, reliable, hardworking and knowledgable. I had a water leak in my bathroom floor and Sam went above and beyond to help me investigate where it might be coming from. Rather than jumping to conclusions, he talked me through the number of options, which resulted in me keeping my costs down.
