Melbourne Rising Damp

Mark provided expert advice for our minor rising damp issue. The honesty was really appreciated, as it turns out, it was nothing to be concerned about. If I have rising damp issues in the future at another property, Ill be sure to contact Melbourne Rising Damp. Thanks again, Mark

I have been very impressed with Mark and his team's work. They had provided treatment to a previous property, and communication and trades were very seamless. I recently engaged them again, and they had taken the time to provide tips to ensure there won't be issues in the future. I have reccomended Melbourne Rising Damp to a number of friends.

We recently engaged Melbourne Rising Damp to restore a small section of plaster in our hallway, which had been damaged due to rising damp. Mark and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. They injected a new damp course to stop further moisture from rising, then removed, repaired and restored the affected plaster to a high standard. They also kept the property very clean and were mindful of protecting the floor and surrounds. They also installed ventilation fans on timers, which have significantly improved airflow and helped dry out the space under the house. The results have made a noticeable difference, and we’re very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend their services.

I have engaged Mark to attend to a number of properties and he is always quick to respond and attend to assess and provide a quote and is flexible and able to commence work as soon as the quote is approved. The work is completed on time with minimum fuss. Highly recommended.

Very happy with Mark and the team's work. Very good attention to detail, and very respectful in their approach to try to keep the house clean through the dustier parts of the work. Lovely people and a great result. Highly recommended.
