Very happy with Blackwell Construction's work. We engaged Doug three years ago to repair the waterproofing on our balcony which was leaking into the room underneath, and the work was completed to a very high standard. A couple of years later when another leak occurred, Doug came to investigate and arranged to repair the leak at no charge, including repairing the water damage inside, despite finding it was not even related to his original work. This is going above and beyond! Note: Other builders gave us slightly cheaper quotes, but they had misdiagnosed the issues, and would have cause more problems and cost in the long run. Doug identified the issues immediately. You get what you pay for, and Doug saved us money in the long run.

Doug’s Blackwell Construction company has just completed an amazing refurbishment of our toilet for the disabled on our property. Together we resolved a range of challenges, led by Doug and his professional team. The local MP officially opened the facility and was was impressed by the workmanship.
