  Michael from Hudson Waterproofing was very professional and friendly right from the get go. He was really helpful prior to doing the waterproofing in my bathroom. I didn't understand some terms in the quote and he sent me photos which made it clearer. He was happy to explain the process and responded very quickly to my texts. I watched him work for a while as I like to see what happens. It was enjoyable watching Michael work. I could tell he was very experienced and was thorough and very fast - he's an artist. I was really happy with the job he did and I thought his price was most reasonable.
