We couldn’t be happier with his work. Iain kept us up to date every step of the way and completed the work to an incredible standard.   Iain and his team at StopGaps went above and beyond to help us with a complicated negative side waterproofing job at our house on Brisbane’s Northside. As soon as Iain came to quote for us, we knew right away that he knew what he was talking about and would be able to sort our waterproofing problems. So we were extra glad when Iain’s quote came through for a great waterproofing solution at a great price. Throughout the job, Iain was easy and friendly to communicate with, and the job was done to an extremely high standard. Iain went way above and beyond for us throughout the job by constantly liaising with product manufacturers and our other tradespeople to make sure all the products were compatible and everything done in the right order. We can’t thank Iain and his team enough for his work, and would gladly recommend him to anyone else in a heartbeat

  If only all tradesman were like Iain of Stopgaps. Can’t fault him in any way. Above and beyond attention to detail, quality of work, pricing, knowledge, full accurate disclosure to works, process, implementation, friendly, polite, site area left immaculate at end of each day. Have already booked him for more work due to previous shoddy contractors. Will be booking him for our bathroom renovations next.   As a result of building works adjacent to our property our zero boundary garage wall waterproofing was compromised. We engaged Iain from Stop Gaps Construction Services to rectify and reinstate the waterproofing membrane after reading the positive reviews. From the initial onsite meeting to completion of the job Iain was very professional and completed the project on time and on budget. We would have no qualms in recommending Iain to anyone wanting to engage a professional waterproofing company.
