I cannot recommend Iain and his team highly enough. We had problems with rising damp and past flooding underneath our house and Iain went above and beyond to solve these problems for us. We couldn’t be happier with his work. Iain kept us up to date every step of the way and completed the work to an incredible standard. Even after completing the job, Iain stayed in touch to make sure everything was perfect.

As a result of building works adjacent to our property our zero boundary garage wall waterproofing was compromised. We engaged Iain from Stop Gaps Construction Services to rectify and reinstate the waterproofing membrane after reading the positive reviews.
