They were very responsible and careful with their work and cleaned the affected area completely, removing all the mold without causing any damage to the wall’s paint. I was very happy that they arrived on time, were friendly, explained the type of mold clearly, and gave me helpful advice on how to prevent mold from coming back in my home.

Prompt polite and friendly. I had an urgent request and Leo’s flexibility and attention to detail makes all the difference. Clearly communication and costs explained upfront. Detailed report received promptly and mould samples taken and lab tested. Also his machine picks up water leaks and ingress clearly and his experienced eye is clear he knows his work The attention to detail in his report reflects the quality of the service received and clearly identifies the issues along with thermal imagery which was extremely helpful in tribunal proceedings against a landlord proving water ingress and mould from lack of repairs…. Highly highly recommended and would definitely use Leo’s services again. Thanks Leo!

Frequently asked questions

How much do waterproofers typically charge?
Costs for waterproofing jobs vary depending on the type of job and its complexity. Area, access, the membrane system specified and whether remedial work or after-hours attendance is needed all influence price. This page shows live pricing for typical jobs to help you compare quotes.
Do waterproofers charge call-out fees?
Many waterproofers charge a call-out fee to attend and carry out an initial inspection, which covers travel and the diagnostic visit. Call-out fees are usually separate from labour and materials costs. It's wise to confirm any call-out terms when requesting a quote.
Do waterproofers need a licence in Australia?
Yes. Waterproofing work generally must be carried out by a licensed waterproofer in every Australian state and territory; in NSW, licences are managed by NSW Fair Trading. Providers should be able to supply their licence number and written membrane system specifications. It's common for reputable waterproofers to hold public liability insurance and for site workers to have a White Card.
