  DS Projects are the ONLY company that can fix water ingress - I had multiple companies come and look at the issue, attempt to fix it with no resolution and lots of money spent. DS Projects came in and were extremely confident at the likelihood of fixing the issue at a very reasonable price. The team that came in were so professional, clean and respectful to my home, covering artwork and cleaning up after themselves - they were a pleasure to deal with and most importantly FINALLY fixed my issue. Highly highly recommend and have already referred to another builder.

  I had my basement waterproofed by DS Projects, and I’m very happy with the result. Brad and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to delivering a high-quality outcome. The basement had a history of water leakage and mould, so this wasn’t a simple job — but the team tackled it with confidence and care. During the project, Sydney was hit by two massive rainfall events, which really put the waterproofing to the test. The extreme weather extended the duration of the work and required some rework, but rather than being a setback, it was a testament to the team’s dedication. They didn’t hesitate to come back, reassess, and make sure everything was done to the highest standard. Brad was fantastic throughout — clear communication, great attention to detail, and a real passion for doing things properly. Thanks to their efforts, my basement is now dry and secure.   The team at DS Projects were so great. It was a very easy process and they were really thorough in their prognosis and solution to fix the damp rising problems in our 135 year old house! They're the only people who also provide a 25 year warranty which also gives me peace of mind knowing that the house will continue to stand tall another 100+ years!

  We had a perplexing damp problem at the join of two concrete slabs in our garage. DS Projects turned out to be a highly professional outfit. They completed the work in just over 1 day at very reasonable cost and we are very happy with the result. One week after treatment our concrete floor is completely dry again. Highly recommended.
