We had a great experience with this renovation company. The team is very responsible, always on time, and keeps every part of the project well-organized. They really focus on the details, which made the final result even better than we expected. Communication was clear and easy throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional renovation work.

I recently had my kitchen renovated, and I am very happy with the outcome! The design process was collaborative and thoughtful. The contractors were professional, on-time, and kept the work area clean throughout the process. The project was completed within three weeks, with minimal disruption to my daily life. We have recently engaged SLIC B&D to do renovation at our home. Renovated whole kitchen and floor tiles across the house. From the start of the project, Sinuo was very patient, accommodating, and professional with many of our design requirements. We have done many reviews of design and changes, which they were really accommodating, yet not big surprise variation costs. They were very systematic, and schedule were kept on time as promised. Everything, from plumbing, electrical, tiling and window replacement was managed and organised by Sinuo and Tony with no issues for us to sort out. The final outcome was excellent and modern kitchen with quality fit outs and workmanship. Highly recommend for the Kitchen and other renovation works. Thanks to Sinuo, Tony and the entire team.

They are hands down fantastic. They made our renovation happen, when other companies could not. They organised a plan within a month and completed the renovation within three. They work so hard to complete to their deadline (which was finished early) and any tiny issues, they corrected so quickly. Communication was great with Sinuo and Kano who project managed the entire renovation without us being in Perth. 100% recommend without hesitation!

We engaged SLIC B&D to do extensive renovations on a property we had just acquired. Sinuo in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. She is a natural born project manager! Exactly the type of person we needed whist dealing with renovations, relocating, and the birth of our first child all at once. We have already recommended SLIC B&D to all our friends and family. Would definitely use them again for any future renovations. Thanks again Sinuo + the team.
