  Joel and his team completed floor to ceiling tiling in our bathroom ensuite renovation, including adding a niche and mitring for all exposed edges. They were professional, worked tirelessly and completed the job to a high standard. We have had multiple compliments from other trades on the great tiling work during fit off. Joel is easy to communicate with and gets back to you promptly. We also found his pricing extremely fair comparative to some of the other quotes we received. We would definitely use him and his team again for future renovations!

  I can't thank Joel and his team enough for their outstanding customer service and dedication to their work. They truly went above and beyond, even working after hours to ensure the job was completed on time. From the moment they arrived, they were not only professional and respectful but also extremely attentive to every detail. They took extra care with every step of the process, from ensuring proper fall in the showers to impeccable waterproofing, always taking the time to do things the right way. It was clear they take immense pride in their work, never rushing through the job, but always striving for top-notch quality. They even went above and beyond to fix issues left by a previous tiler, ensuring the shower floor would drain properly. I was initially very nervous as the previous tiler's work was rubbish and I had lots of questions regarding products and techniques as a result. However, Joel quickly put my mind at ease with his expertise. The only downside was that one member of the team, sometimes had trouble showing up due to car issues, though this situation was something beyond control. That said, the detail of work including the precision in the microgap for the grout was exceptional from Jack. They also left the space spotless, which really added to the overall positive experience. Joel and his team are a perfect example of what excellent craftsmanship and service should look like. Highly recommend!

  We had two bathrooms renovated sequentially and were very happy with the jobs done by Joel and his team. At first we were a bit concerned that as a tiler, would Joel be up to the task as a project manager? We soon found out that he was excellent in this role. His quote was impressive. Not only very competitive among the three quotes we got, but also the most detailed, so we knew exactly what we were signing up for. During the work, Joel kept us well informed. We knew day by day, who would be coming and when. Everything was tightly scheduled. The jobs were completed very quickly but without compromising quality work, for example allowing adequate time for concreting to cure and for water-proofing to dry. The various tradesmen although sub-contracted separately, worked well as a team. Their individual skills were high quality, and as people, they were genuinely nice people who would go the extra mile. For example, one day my wife was asking the electrician about a faulty electrical power point in our kitchen (which had nothing to do with our bathroom renovations) and he fixed it for us for free. During the work we were impressed at how well they looked after the rest of the house. Tarps and drop-sheets kept all our carpets and walkways clean and at the end of each day, they vacuumed up any mess created. Overall, we were highly impressed. Getting bathroom renovations done while you are still living in the house is a potentially very stressful experience. Our expectations were exceeded. We were so glad we went with Joel. We are now thoroughly enjoying both of our new bathrooms.
