Cerámico Tiles & Bathrooms

I would love to thank the Paul and his team at Ceramico for the amazing transformation from 1980's grey laminar bathroom to a beautiful ensuite. We lost a bathtub, gained a toilet and moved the door - basically the whole room was flipped around. And all of this in just under 3 weeks! Everything about the process was well-organised - from Paul coming out to quote, to picking out the products in the showroom with Erin, to the job being started and finished on time. Excellent and timely communication from Paul. I would also love to thank Jack as the main tradie and Jo the apprentice. They were such lovely guys and patiently answered my questions, as well as giving sage advice. Jack has great attention to detail, and the ensuite finish is high quality and exceeded my expectations. I can't wait until we can get our other laundry/shower/toilet area done in the future.

Choosing Ceramico to complete the renovation of our bathrooms and laundry was one of the wisest we could have made. From the very first meeting, Paul and his team were professional, informative and accomodating. Timelines were adhered to, and any changes were dealt with efficiently. Jack, our site manager, made the whole process painless. His passion for high quality workmanship was evident throughout the entire renovation. There was no mess to clean up each day because the site was left immaculate every afternoon. Jack kept me informed of any issues and always had a plan of how to address them. Our ensuite was literally unusable. We finally decided to proceed for our renovations with Paul and his team after many quotes and research. The team were so helpful and patient whenever we came in to ask a question or chose the items for the bathroom. The day finally came and we couldn’t be happier with everyone that came to the house, everyone was so polite and ensured to minimise the mess to the rest of the house. We were so very lucky to have Aaron come in after the bathroom was demolished and put it back together, Aaron was always polite and ensured he communicated with us throughout the whole process. Aaron did an amazing job and his attention to detail was excellent. Our laundry and main bathroom are next to be done and we wouldn’t even dream of using anyone else. Thanks guys

Paul and the team have done an amazing job on our bathroom! The service from the very beginning has been fantastic. From start to finish, the quality and standard of work has been superb. A big shout out to Kyle for the amazing work and beautiful tiling job he did on our reno!

Right from the start Paul and his team at Ceramico were a pleasure to deal with. From the quote through to product selection everyone was helpful and full of ideas. All tradesmen were fantastic showing the upmost respect for our home while on site, ensuring they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Aaron has done an incredible job with the tilling, his workmanship is second to none. You never quite know if the rooms you have been imagining will be as good in reality, but I’m pleased to say our bathrooms have exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the end result
