  When you realise you need to get your shower unit re-grouted there are many questions: Do you know anyone who can recommend a contractor? What do the reviews say? What is the cost? How quickly can the work be done in? I decided upon “The Grout Guy Melbourne“ to re-grout my 20 year old shower unit. A few days after my email enquiry I had a representative out to view and quote the job. The quote was reasonable and work started about 3 weeks later (after Xmas and NY). The tiler who turned up from “The Grout Guy Melbourne” was Mohammad who did a wonderful job in rejuvenating my 20 year old shower unit. Mohammad was both a professional contractor who worked very cleanly, who let me know about potential issues & asked questions of me to determine what my desired colour of grout to be used was, as well as a great guy to interact with. The quality of the re-grouting actually looks better than the original grouting from when the shower unit was initially installed. Mohammad followed up a few days later with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the work he had done. Would I recommend the company “The Grout Guy Melbourne”? Yes. Would I recommend Mohammad? Most certainly yes.

  We had our walk-in shower and bathroom tiles re-grouted last year by The Grout Guy and were very pleased with the results and the friendly service. Unfortunately, due to insufficient ventilation in our bathroom, mould quickly returned, which was unsightly and unhealthy. The Grout Guys kindly offered to remediate the issue at no charge and contractor Matthew provided suggestions for better ventilation and a first-class finish with the grout colour and the shower grate. They also kindly provided some of their newest grout cleaner, which will help to keep the shower looking as sparkling as it does today. I am extremely pleased with the follow-up service provided and would give them 10 stars if I could - I can't recommend The Grout Guys highly enough for friendly service, follow-up and advice.

  I was extremely impressed by the excellent re-grouting of my kitchen floor and bathroom tiles. The tradesmen were professional, helpful and took great care with their work. In particular, Mohammed, transformed my bathroom from a tired looking room with persistent mould to a shiny, brand new version. It looks like a brand new bathroom.
