SCR recently completed a repair on my balcony. Each member of this great team was knowledgeable and professional. Always punctual, always cleaned up and gave great advice. Jobs like balcony repairs need expertise and experience - and SCR delivered - I highly recommend them!

I have my balcony redone 2 weeks ago with SCR. Highly recommended. Smooth process from quote until completion. Fergus is knowledgeable and know exactly what needs to be done at the first inspection. Price is competitive. He and his team are easy to deal with, professional, polite and regular update of progress and status. The works done by Fergus team - Ryan, the water proofer and Hadi, the tiler are excellent professionals as visible from their works in the photos.

I engaged SCR to do a full balcony replacement in Richmond, VIC, in June 2019. The quote was competitive & the service exceptional. They listened to my concerns & discussed the approach with me throughout, with very good & responsive communication. The technicians were friendly & respectful of my house, often left alone to lock up in my absence. They also helped with reviewing & resolving a few other issues free of charge. The job completed was of high quality & has given be peace of mind. Would certainly recommend & not hesitate to use again.

We have just finished having the team from SCR reseal the grout in our bathroom showers. Not only did they do a great job that surpassed my expectations, but their communication and professionalism have been outstanding. Really appreciate the care and advice provided as well.

I Just want to say a very Mega Thank You to Fergus, Mark and the Mega Super team as they have done a super mega fantastic job on all the balconies and the air-conditioning area, it is like having brand new tiles and plus Asad was super fantastic at explaining about the tiles and how the tiles should be kept, and very well detailed, all were on time and very reliable and also to Danny who was super fantastic as he kept in contact with me, for this I give your Super Mega Excellent company 10,000+ stars, to which I super mega highly recommend SCR to anyone that needs to water proof there tiles, as I said Super Mega Fantastic work absolutely brilliant the fact that I can walk on my balcony and to tap dance on it!(not literally though!)
