Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with on our new bathroom project, completing the screeding, waterproofing, tiling, and epoxy grouting. He was friendly, reliable, and thoughtful in how he worked. He always turned up on time, communicated clearly and proactively, and made the whole process feel easy and well managed. His quoting was thorough, transparent, and very reasonable. We’re genuinely thrilled with the final result and look forward to working with Jay again on future renovations.

I’m really pleased with the tiling work. The quality of the finish is great, and the tiles were laid neatly with good attention to detail. The room looks much better and the end result feels solid and well done. There were a couple of small issues along the way during renovation, but communication was clear and everything was resolved professionally. The work area was left tidy and the job was completed to a good standard. I’d happily recommend them and would consider using them again in the future. SK (DBU-73895)
