Express Tiling

I'm very rarely blown away by trades, but my God did Bahram's precision, speed and service impress me today. I called yesterday a patch job in our shower. The bathroom is to be replaced in a year so we simply needed a repair. He luckily had availability for the following morning. Arrives 10 minutes early and got straight to work. By 11:30am he had finished, cleaned up and ready to leave. The work he produced with such efficiency is next to none! His pricing (which was my biggest selling point) was extremely competitive. I admit initially I was hesitant, but biy did he come through with amazing results!! I cannot recommend him enough. We need to clone Bahram so that everyone can have such reliable trades!!

I interviewed a lot of tilers before I selected this team and they were by far the best! I was running to a tight schedule and Bahram gave me a quote the same day I called, and started my job in record time the very same week. I went away during the job and Bahram kept me informed every step of the way. I cannot thank Bahram and his team enough for the brilliant job they did with my tiling and bathroom. Bahram went above and beyond solving some difficult issues with my bathroom where other tilers would have walked away. He gave great and affordable ideas and solutions, and followed through on everything he said he would do. Nothing was too hard. I couldn't recommend Bahram and his team highly enough. I had three different flooring specialists come to assess my site, with all of them saying it would be a very difficult process and extremely costly and I would be best to completely abandon the idea of having tiles. Bahram and his team came to assess my site and said it would be no problem, and they could have it all complete in under a weeks turnaround, even despite my difficult location on Swanston St amongst the rail works! The whole process was completely seamless and trouble free, despite the circumstances. They took care of everything, and left the site completely spotless. There is not enough stars to rate how great this business is. Not only are they true artisans, doing precise, elegant, beautiful work, but their knowledge of tiling and what works and doesn't goes to a whole new level. They give great advice and have now tiled our whole house over time. They also run a great business, with excellent, reliable communication, turning up and calling when they say they will. They really care about their work, clients and reputation, cleaning up well and being very considerate to their clients' needs. I cannot praise them highly enough!

We have just recently had our outdoor tiles upgraded on our balcony for high textured 600x600 porcelain tiles. Our balcony was pooling water and leaking because it wasn’t sealed properly from the previous tiling job. Bahram and his team completely solved the whole issue by resealing and sloping the tiles. I cannot believe the level of detailing from the mitre cuts to the edging of the corners.. I would like to highly recommend and endorse the crew for their attention to detail , the level of expertise, professionalism and customer service throughout the whole process.
