A complete professional. There are no surpises with Danny, he takes the time to guide you through the design and layout of the area to ensure the best result. I have used him for a number of projects over the years and his crew deliver a top result each time. He also does stone bench tops, having my first one fitted this week.

Danny Stevenson is top of his game, He came straight around and gave me a very reasonable quote. He replaced my shower in such a short time frame which was a real blessing as I had already leased my property and was going interstate. I called him about a question and he came around in person the very next day. His worker Dale was well mannered and i had no problem him being there with my family whilst I was at work. Sorry it's taken so long to do this review but 6 months later haven't forgotten your work ethic and customer service! Keep up the good work guys, Highly recommended

Danny is extremely professional and does a great quality job. Very honest and his communication skills are excellent, keeping you updated along the way and giving options of the best way to tackle a problem. Danny tiled our bathroom, kitchen , laundry and extra toilet and years later the job is looking just as good as the day he finished it. We love his sense of humour and Yorkshire accent .. a breath of fresh air amongst tradies!

Frequently asked questions

Do tilers charge call-out fees?

Call-out fees are common to cover attendance and the initial assessment. This fee is usually separate from labour and materials, and small repairs may still attract it. After-hours or emergency visits are often charged at a higher rate, so confirm call-out and availability terms when requesting quotes.

Do tilers need a licence in Australia?

Yes. Tiling work generally requires a licensed tradesperson in all Australian states and territories, and in NSW licences are administered by NSW Fair Trading. Ask to see a valid state tiling or building licence number on quotes or invoices, and look for industry credentials such as Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling, a White Card, public liability insurance and an ABN with active GST registration.
