Last year I had two rooms in my apartment that had water ingress from heavy rains and gutter collapse in an internal garden bed. Jason and his team were contracted to fix the problem. I can honestly say I was very overwhelmed with the whole situation. These guys were very prompt, they moved my furniture for me and were very professional. Doug was very meticulous with the procedure, very polite, and at the end of each day they thoroughly cleaned the areas. The whole overall experience was just perfect. My walls had to be painted also, Doug matched up the colours and did a fantastic job. I Would not hesitate to recommend Paramount if you are having water problems. Very good contractors. I recently had a water leak due to torrential rain thru a wall in the house.I contacted two builders for advice and they both recommended Paramount Waterproofing after inspecting the damage. When I called Jase Teelow from Paramount he was on his way home from work and arrived at my place about an hour later and immediately put me at ease. The job to seal the block wall adjoining a concrete slab which was below the ground level took about 7 days. The expert staff that did the job explained to me every part of the job and was glad the hear they had been doing this type of work for many years, so very experienced. They came in each day, calling me first and arriving on time. I inspected each detail of the job and the tradies explained exactly what they were doing, what they would do and the next day etc. They did a fantastic job and were very polite and talkative. See photos attached you can see various stages of the repair. I highly recommend Paramount Waterproofing.

As an interstate customer, Jase was extremely professional to deal with. He provided video when inspecting my drummy tile issues and explained clearly where and what they were. He then articulated over the phone and addressed questions I had. His service was efficient and completed in the timeframe communicated. Communication with the tenant to deconflict work was professional.

Paramount Waterproofing were great to deal with - friendly, efficient and fast. They recently worked on our granny flat wall, injected the affected areas, and were very professional throughout the job. So far, everything looks solid and dry—no signs of leaks yet. They even went the extra mile and fixed an additional hole in the wall while they were here. Really happy with the work and service!
