Our patio was so ugly, I knew I wanted something done about it, but I didn't know what was realistic and I was worried about spending a heap of money and still having an ugly patio. I'm really glad that I found and reached out to Definite Tiling. Sebastian was responsive to my initial enquiry, organised a time to come over to chat and view the area to be tiled. He offered solutions, discussed potential issues, and provided advice on tile options. We received a quote a few days later and decided to go ahead. Once work started around three months later things moved very quickly, with the majority of the work completed within two weeks. Sebastian communicated throughout the process, and it was exciting to watch to old epoxy coating being ground away and replaced with beautiful natural stone tiles. I was impressed by how the tiles were fit around the existing pool fence - I would never have noticed if I didn't know to look for it. We are really happy with the finished result - it looks so nice and feels great to walk on.
