  My husband and I did a full bathroom renovation. Complete gutting of the room and starting from scratch. As with any renovation the most important task is going through the quote process and choosing the right builder. When we met Alex from versatile we just felt like it was the right choice. We were right!! Alex explained the whole process from full demolition to completion. The estimated duration of the job he gave was also spot on. Alex and his team Luca and Khan were very professional and respectful. We felt very comfortable leaving them alone in our home. The work was done to very high standards. They cleaned through out the entire build. Each stage was done properly and Alex continuously checked to make sure it was always correct. There were 2 items we purchased (mirror, glass shower panel) that Alex suggested I changed for a better looking result. He could have just installed them as we had supplied them, but he actually cared about the overall result and suggested changing. Some builders I think would have just installed them anyway. As we were at work most of the time, Alex would message a picture asking if this positioning of something was ok. The tiling job was outstanding. As the whole room was being completely tiled we were a little concerned. Needn't had worried as It looks fantastic. Overall we are very very happy with our new bathroom, we can not fault anything at all!! If you want a great team that you can trust to work on your house and care about it as much as you do, give Alex from Versatile a call, We promise you will not be disappointed!! We will definitely be using Alex again when we are ready for out next project.
