He took the time to educate us about the process and gave really practical advice that made all the difference. Omar, who came out to do the work, was also wonderful, friendly, intuitive, and clearly understood exactly what was required. The results speak for themselves, our stone looks beautiful again! Bill and his team did an amazing job restoring our floors to their former glory. It's possibly the first polish the floors have had in 50 years and they took the time and care to get the best result for our house. Bill did a great job fixing our marble floor. Removed all the scratches and etching and gave the floor a nice shine. Took time to explain the nature of the job and how to care for the floor going into the future. Friendly and excellent service, would recommend.
