  The engagement with JG from outset to completion was excellent. Lara (DesignByLara) gave us great comfort initially with design ideas and getting us going. Pedro as manager was by our side the whole way ensuring everything was done well and in a timely manner. He did an awesome job all the way through and can not recommend anyone more highly. All the trades did a great job and were very respectful of our house and masters at their trades. (Michael that did much of the tiling was a complete perfectionist).Lastly, Jan was always popping around, double-checking all of the work and keeping everyone on their toes. I keenly recommend JG Bathrooms.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and every tradesperson on the job was professional and respectful. Communication throughout the project was clear and consistent — Pedro, the project manager, made sure everything ran smoothly and kept us updated at every step. Highly recommend JG Bathroom for anyone wanting a stress-free renovation and a beautiful finish. Now every shower feels like stepping into my own private spa.

  Above expectations, imaginative with design advice and helpful suggestions; Excellent series of tradesmen, expert in the specific field; Progress ran to the outlined schedule; Any queries were answered promptly; The contract was easy to understand, and payment schedules were laid out well in advance; All tradies were friendly and tidy workers; Pedro conducted the 5 week project very smoothly and was always contactable and without fuss adjusted to any minor changes we made; Carpet protection was laid from the front foyer up 2 flights of stairs then across a hallway to our front door, then over all our carpet to the bathroom and any other work area; the carpet in the lift was covered as well;

What really stood out to us was how trustworthy and dependable they were — we always felt we were in good hands. Every member of the team clearly takes great pride in their work. The attention to detail and the care they put into perfecting every aspect of the job were outstanding, and they did it all without us even needing to point things out. It’s rare to see such genuine craftsmanship and dedication these days. We also really appreciated how the team followed our plans closely, but not blindly. They respectfully offered their professional input and used their expertise to guide us toward better solutions — often saving us from ideas that might not have worked or looked right in the end. That collaboration made a huge difference in the final result. The team turned what could have been a stressful renovation process into something smooth and reassured.
