I am so impressed by all the tradies from CNS, who completed my bathroom renovation. From the day Luca arrived to quote my job, to the demolition of the old bathroom, the plumber, the waterproofer, and the tiler, these guys provided exceptional service. Luca’s assistance with the purchase of tiles and accessories was fantastic. He communicated with me live via chat while I was in store, giving me so much peace of mind. Next, the demo of the old bathroom… The team arrived on time and never complained about a really hard job. They removed all rubbish and debris on the same day. The waterproofer did all the work to regulation, as did the plumber. The highly skilled tiler consulted with me before commencing and worked tirelessly to complete a flawless job (see attached photos). It's been about two months since our new bathroom was completed. Despite the challenges of our small bathroom space, large window, and strata restrictions, Luca and their team delivered everything as discussed and within the agreed timeframe. We initially reached out to several renovators with our requirements and photos, but Luca was the only one who responded with a detailed outline of the work and costs, which ultimately led us to choose them. From the initial inspection, all contractors, to the final fit-out, Luca and the team kept us informed and updated throughout the process. They always advised us of any decisions or changes that might incur additional costs. With only one bathroom in the house, the team worked late on the final day to ensure we could use it asap. They also completed a non-urgent task shortly after when convenient for everyone. Finally, I’d like to mention that all the initial demo work, plumbing, waterproofing, etc., was done while we were on holiday. We left them a key, and they made significant progress in our absence. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and communication made the renovation process as smooth and stress-free as possible with 1 bathroom and a toddler.
