Absolutely outstanding from start to finish, The sunwise team are great. After 2 weeks of frustration talking to multiple companies about a solar system, we were quite confused annoyed and worn out. Solarquotes recommended Sunwise energy, After 20 minutes on the phone with Daniel he put us at ease, listened to our needs and recommended a product that would be perfect. Daniel also drove to our investment property and inspected it to make sure that everything that he suggested would be the best option. Daniel quoted us the same day, his communication was outstanding, clear and to the point, no wishy washy sales tactics etc Installation day was a breeze, they contacted us the day before, on the day and touched base once it was installed, given we live 1800klms away the service was amazing. I can't recommend Dan and Sunwise energy enough, if you want a seamless installation with ethical selling, I recommend these guys. If I could give 7 stars I would.

Great overall experience. Jarrad was great to deal with and arranged a quick installation of my Sigenergy battery system and solar panels. All the guys that turned up to do the installation were very friendly and professional and answer any questions about the system. It was a 2 day job that was completed in one day. They were very tidy and did a great job in cleaning up before they left. We hope that everyone involved is aware how much we appreciate how easy they made it for us with this big project. We chose Sunwise to install our new solar system as we were impressed with their industry knowledge, system recommendation and past performance reviews. The system has 22 x 390W Q-Cell panels (8.58kW PV capacity) and a 5.0kW Q-Cell hybrid inverter together with 3 x 6.3kWh batteries as backup. The installation took place earlier than anticipated, and is impressive in how it displays mounted on the wall. Communication and information with regard to the installation date was great, and Sunwise arranged for all permissions for the grid connection. The Sunwise installation team were quietly efficient, and took pride in the final presentation. They ensured that we understood how the system worked, and stressed that in the unlikely event that we required assistance, the Sunwise support team was only a phone call away. Would we recommend Sunwise for others considering a solar installation? We certainly would!

Sunwise has provided a great, efficient and professional service installing our solar system. From the initial consultation to the actual installation and instructions it has been an easy and excellent experience for me. The work was done in a very professional and timely manner. I am glad I followed the recommendation from my son to get Sunwise to install our solar system.

Very quick and efficient when converting quote to install. The installers did a great job. They have to resolve a couple of problems but spent the extra time getting the job done right. Plus they were much more competitive than another local quote. Great job!!
