Busselton Solargain were a pleasure to deal with. James Quail was awesome. Answered all my questions thoroughly and timely. Nothing was too much trouble. No sale pressure, just honest advice. If you don’t understand solar and want some knowledge before making the big decision he is the man to talk to. Installation of my 22 panels and battery system was a no worry process. There were no long waits for install. Rory the electrician and his offsider did a great job and respected our house throughout the process. Great team of people to deal with.

Added additional powerwalls to store and use more of my solar power. The initial installation was problematic and getting a hold of support was a problem. I kept getting referred to the monitoring department, who never picked up. But Busselton branch helped me escalate the issue to get an adequate solution within a 2 week frame. When dealing with a problem like this, I recommend also contacting the manufacturer, Tesla in this case, who often offers great support and information. Solargain, with all its problems in support is still better than the competition.

We came so close to signing with one of the major local players... So, so glad we didn't. With a minimum of fuss, and a great price, Solargain's guys came, saw and conquered. No disputes, no stroppy phone calls, no ridiculous emails suggesting we don't pay our bills (yes, really). Very pleased to give Solargain $6000 cash on the day. Easy to recommend.

We got three quotes for similar systems. Solar gain was by far the most reasonable quote and they were also excellent with their communication. They quoted us quickly and told us we would have the system up at the end of February but contacted us to tell us they were able to do it a few weeks earlier.
