National Renewable

National Renewable are probably one of the best company's I have dealt with. From my first contact with the sales consultant Adam Daws (who is excellent) to the team sorting out all the wester power/Synergy approvals to the installation team. I could not fault the experience. Any question I had throughout the process was answered within hours of my query and the communication was open and honest. The installation team were outstanding they removed my old system and even filled the holes where the old inverter was. They left the site clean and didnt leave a single piece of rubbish for me. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Had issues with the originally supplied batteries (not National renewables fault). National renewable has since stopped using those batteries and Toby was great in sorting out alternatives for us and his other customers. Had the new system for several months now and experianced a few power outages in the area on days we have been working from home. Only reason I realeased was due to the smart fridge made its start up tone and ducted ac went off (ac not connected to the system). Lights didn't even flicker and pc's didn't disconnect from the work VPNs (work calls are done through a soft phone system through the pc and the call didn't disconnect). I've since changed appliances over and compmetly disconnected gas from the house. Not only has my electricity bill gone down since getting the batteries installed but I also save extra money by not having a gas bill.

National Renewable have installed our Solar and later Home Battery systems and each time they have been a breeze to deal with. They keep the process simple, are open to feedback and provide excellent service. I would firmly recommend reaching out to the team for your requirements! Adam was fantastic to deal with in this instance, prompt on the proposal and comfortable to answer questions!

Adam was not pushy like many of the other solar companies. He responded quickly to emails and when we sat down to look at options for our system, house interest was in getting the best product for us. The install team were very easy to work with and accommodated other needs.
