What a fantastic company to deal with. Adrian was so helpful, he gave me different options for my install, communication was fantastic, and he was very professional in his approach. The install itself was extremely neat and tidy, no ugly conduits on the outside of my exterior walls and everything was left tidy as if no one was ever there. Adrian's team completed and submitted all of the paperwork to the distributor, all I had to do was contact my retailer to ensure that they had received the job from the distributor, and ask them to issue the meter alteration request back to the distributor. I was then free to change over to a solar plan. I also chose to install the extra consumption/production metering module so that I can monitor exactly what my system is doing. Very happy with Urban Renewables, thanks Adrian.

Very happy with the service from Adrian and the team. I did some shopping around and what sold me on urban renewable was the fact the actually came to the property and looked at what options would suit. Adrian was also good talking through the different options and pros and cons. Being close to the coast I wanted the inverter out of the elements in the garage which wasn't a easy or quick fix being on the opposite side of the house to the power board. They went to great effort to ensure the wiring was concealed and didn't just run it externally which would have been alot simpler. Overall a great service throughout the process.

The job was done with professionalism and expertise and I am delighted with the wonderful instalment, the advice on location provided by Adrian and the efficient / friendly way that they worked while at my property. Adrian did a fantastic job, was flexible with time/dates, very knowledgable and easy to talk to. We were trying to get our roof screws replaced before the panels were installed but the roofing contractor was taking far too long to get around to it. So Adrian went over and above and replaced all the screws underneath the new panels at no extra charge! Would definitely recommend!!

Our whole experience in dealing with Urban Renewables has been excellent. From the initial quote, to discussions about different options the consultant and the installer were always quick to respond. The installation process was thorough with good attention to detail. This was not our cheapest quote, but we considered that we were getting the best components for our installation. Would thoroughly recommended talking to Urban Renewables if you are considering Solar.
