Extremely impressed with the performance of Solar Run. System is working well and now in the learning phase with wholesale supply from Amber Electric. David especially was tremendous to work with in conceiving and completing this project including the wholesale power approach. David Francis from Solar Run did a fantastic job with supplying a detailed quote & following through with my requests & get a 10 kW Solar system installed. The submission rebate process was very easy to follow too. The install process was quoted inspected organised & installed in under two weeks. I had trouble finding a Solar contractor that would install panels on my roof. The problem was terracotta tiles and very steep angles. On contacting David from Solar Run in Warrnambool (my home town) he personally came around the very next day, assessed the job and recommended that the panels go on the garage roof instead. This eliminated the risk of falling through tiles and falls from the bad angles of my roof. I was very happy with this solution. Both the panels used and the Inverter are in the top 10 list of their competitors and all carry great warranties. The Electrician used was very thorough and explained everything to me. The entire job was completed in a day and was operational on their departure. David dropped by on completion to check if I was happy and to ask if I had any more questions. From my first point of contact to now, there hasn’t been any issues. David also continues monitoring the system to ensure that there are no problems.
