Sunenergy were extremely supportive through all aspects of planning, rebate requests and installation. Installation staff were polite and very capable with good communication. Would have no hesitation in recommending Sunenergy as a firm to work with. We can now look forward to having our new solar panels, battery and heat bank provide for our all electric home needs.

Our second time to use Sunergy Solar and once again it was a pleasurable experience. Great service from the administration team during the consultation and quotation process and the installation crew were fantastic. They were punctual, polite, knowledgeable and left the site extremely tidy. Kudos also for going the extra mile and fixing an issue they detected whilst working in the roof space. Our appreciation to all who worked on this job.

We were recommended to Sunergy by K Stork our previous go to for all our solar needs. We are off grid and due to my husbands lose of eyesight wanted our new generator that we purchased for this to be a demand start. Meaning I don’t have to go and start generator making things easier on me. They gave me ok to do the job and arrived to quote promptly. We accepted quote I dug the trench they suggested to save us money. Electrician arrived when he said very courteous but that’s when it fell in a heap. Generator didn’t start like it was suppose to rang to get someone fix it and find out why. Got spoken to by the owner in a very unprofessional way. Treating me like I would not expect to be treated by anyone little alone someone who I had paid to do a service for me. He got electrician to ring not come out and he tried to help but nothing was resolved over about 5 or more calls and numerous photos sent by me. I decided to cut my loses as no one was coming to fix up what they did. We live in Snake Valley in future if you don’t intend to do follow up don’t take jobs out of your area. I would never recommend this company to my friends not just because of the work but the reception I recieved from such an ignorant man on the phone. Good News 😊👏👏 I am very pleased to say that the company has changed hands and the Electrician i previously included in this review has taken over. He rang and asked how he could help us and arranged to come put in an upgraded system which is easy to understand and control and deducted the amt we paid in the first place from the cost of the new system. It’s amazing when someone is courteous and wants to make sure you are happy with their service how much nicer the experience is and I am so glad that Luke is all that. I feel confident now to recommend Sunergy in Bendigo to anyone looking for a stand alone solar system with good follow up and back up service. Thanks Luke and good Luck in your new venture.

We have utilised Sunergy for a number of projects over the years and the reasoning for this was recently justified. It was necessary to complete a firmware update of our ev charger, unfortunately this didn't go to plan for unknown reasons and the charger no longer operated as it previously had. After a brief stop at Sunergy to explain the situation, the attention and effort to resolve the situation was exceptional...to the point that we had a technician attend our house on a Sunday to replace a part, update the firmware and get us back up and running. Thanks to Luke, Rodda and Sunergy....fantastic service providers in Bendigo and surrounds.

Tony and his awesome team have transformed my off grid weekender with a well designed quality system that I couldn't be happier with. It was clear from the beginning that Tony knew his stuff and the whole process was seamless. I’d like to give a big shout out to Tony from SUNERGY. I was having major issues with my Selectronic system after swapping out Gel for Lithium which I had purchased myself. I spoke to many companies who could not work out the issue and subsequently gave up. But Tony to his credit worked on it and got the problem solved. I am pleased to say tonight we have our power back and cannot thank SUNERGY enough. Cheers Lee McGrow
