We purchased this battery on the recommendation of a trusted friend and after an initial discussion with Mark Conlan went ahead based on on the information he gave us which was clear, informative and without pressure. We accepted the fact the company was very busy and we’re advised installation would be a few weeks away. We were Given a date and the installers turned up on time and proceeded with the installation without issue and I was very impressed with the job they did. The installation was inspected the next and the system commissioned and made operational. Overall very happy with all aspects of the process.

Mark and the team recently installed 6.6 kw of solar and a 30kw Hinen battery and inverter. Couldn't be happier. Mark was always available to answer any questions and went out of his way to fix a small install issue. Service and support from him and the team at Hinen couldn't be better. System is working a treat and would highly recommend them. Thanks Mark and team.

Mark and his team made the entire process incredibly simple and stress-free—an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Speaking with Mark on the phone, he explained everything in a clear and straightforward way, breaking down complex details so they were easy to understand. He quickly grasped exactly what I needed and executed it flawlessly. Once the application was submitted and we received approval from the Victorian State Rebate Program, Mark acted promptly to ensure the application went to the installers and an installation date was set without delay. The installers Solar Run used were outstanding—a fantastic team of skilled professionals who also brought a great sense of humor to the job. They completed the work quickly, with exceptional neatness and attention to detail, exceeding all expectations. When they left, the site was spotless, just as they had found it. I couldn’t recommend Solar Run Bendigo and the teams involved more highly. They made the entire experience amazing. Great work, guys!

Absolutely flawless installation. Right from the start, speaking to Mark who explained everything to me about the process, the two technicians who installed the batteries and inverter and Rachael from the office. Brilliant service, would recommend without hesitation. Well done everybody.
