Fantastic service. Our hotwater system failed over the weekend. I contacted Shaun from Future NRG about our luke warm water and he has been fantastic. From prompt initial return call yesterday, to a new system installed today. Plumbers and electricians were all excellent too. Quality and really neat, tidy work. Highly recommended

Our experience with Future NRG has been fantastic. Other family members have systems supplied and installed by Future NRG and their experience has been the same. Solar generation has significantly reduced our exposure to energy price increases and battery storage stores excess solar generation for overnight use with the added benefit of keeping the power on during power outages. Almost 12 months in, living comfortably with air conditioning, induction cooktop. A very professional operation from initial enquiry to installation. Could not fault the entire process. Have been trying to discuss our hot water needs with several operators but, because we live in Nagambie it was “too hard” until we came across Shaun and Future NRG in Shepparton. Initial enquiry on Friday and it is now Monday evening (3 days later) and we are enjoying our new heat pump. Unbelievable. And they make the government grant process easy as well. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
