We have a 2024 Crusader Trailbreaker Caravan equipped with a Victron Energy Battery/Solar management system. Away on a trip for 8 days when we lost power in the caravan on day 3 of our trip. We contacted Victron Support and spoke with John who initially remotely diagnosed and advised that we needed to have our Van and electrical system inspected by Victron. We visited Victron Energy in Epping (Victoria) a couple of days later where Technicians Natish and Shajee diagnosed the problem and with the assistance of Wayne (Sales Manager) were able to fix the problem there and then an no cost. Amazing customer service. Victron Energy went well beyond what was expected and all were an absolute pleasure to deal with. All were very knowledgeable and willing to help. Great product; Great backup; Great customer experience. Would highly recommend their product; their expertise and great customer support. Thankyou to Victron Energy
