After having experienced appalling service from another solar company, I was surprised and delighted at the honest, professional and personal service I received from Jake and Michael at Empower Solar Australia. Both went out of their way to ensure I had the information I needed to make a decision regarding my solar needs. Both went out of their way to assist me with rebate application assistance and make the entire process seamless.

Look no further for solar power - this company provides exceptional service from initial enquiry through to installation. We had Dean come to the house to provide an indepth quote on what we needed. What a dynamo of knowledge and advice he is. He assisted with the applications for government rebates, guiding us to gain the most we could. Yes, it was $2k more expensive than I had expected but I feel reassured with the quality of our panels based on the 25 - 30 year expected replacement time in comparison to 10 years for the cheaper options on the market (from Indian call centres). This is important in terms of environmental impact and landfill issues that are of concern. Communication was excellent throughout the process and installers turned up on time. Installation was done quickly and now just waiting for the government inspector to turn it on. Now we just need the price of the solar batteries to be reduced so we can store our own energy and not be at the mercy of the electricity retailers. (Aptly described by someone as “the Cartel”).

Most friendly organisation I have ever been in contact with! I was blessed to have been in contact with Jake as I have fallen into hard time financially and was no longer able to go through with my solar installation. Jake kindly waived the cancellation fee and returned the deposit as well! Everyone at Empower Solar is so knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and respond very quickly to any questions or issues I have. Will definitely contact Empower Solar and specifically Jake once times are better to get solar installed at my residence.
