I upgraded from gas central heating to a reverse cycle air conditioning system. I was very impressed with them from start to finish. They knew their products and rebates and were able to recommend the system that achieved the best savings. The installers were fabulous. Turned up exactly on time (actually early but unpacked boxes and equipment until 7am when they rang the doorbell). Team of three worked efficiently and neatly. Vacuumed after themselves and sugar soap cleaned finger prints off the units both indoors and outdoors. Most professional and good value.

The information conveyed by salesman, Harry O'Donnel was clear and demonstrated that he thoroughly knows his company, their range of products and relevant parts of the installation process. He answered every question I had (I had a lot, ranging from his long the company supplying the products have been in business, how loud each item sounds as it runs [outside and inside], costs, reasons for selecting different sized systems and more). He was also prompt at sending the follow up email, which consolidated everything we had spoken about. I then researched the manufacturers of the products and read independent reviews and discovered a product I was going to order had only been in manufacture for 2 years [that's not long enough for me to have a sense of longevity] and it needs servicing by an electrician every 6 months to maintain the warranty [that's a big pain for me], but it was reliable, efficient and a good product. When I contacted Harry about that, his response was fast and understanding. He was happy to switch my order to a different product and I was pleased with my final decision. Harry's expertise, patience and excellent communication skills are all great signs of a reliable company with fantastic staff training, and I feel a sense of trust in dealing with Elite Smart Energy Solutions.

My central gas heating conked out, and this was the company that was organised to install 4 reverse cycle air conditioners. They were brilliant - working efficiently and quickly. They did fail to remove the old gas heater- left in my front yard- but when I rang, they apologised profusely- and quickly sent someone round to take it. Very pleased!
