I recently swapped my gas instant water heater for an electric heat pump with Sunburn Solar, and I’m so glad I did. I had my concerns about the switch, but the hot water performance is exactly the same, and it’s much cheaper to run. The price quoted was very competitive, and the installation was completed surprisingly fast. What impressed me most was the after-sales service. When an issue popped up the day after installation, the team was back out and had it fixed that same day. They are incredibly approachable and responsive. Very happy with my batteries. I chose this company over another company as they were more knowledgeable about how to work with my existing inverter. We had a small problem with the initial install and the had it fixed it the next day, which I was impressed with. The certifier said it was very neat work as well. I found Harry very helpful as well. I reccomend asking if they haul away the rubbish at the end prior to signing anything.

I had a very positive experience with Sunburn Solar. I had chosen this company above others as they were very straight forward about the pricing and quotation. There were no hidden loops I paid onoy what I had been quotes for. The sales consultant Het was very professional and knowledgeable. He always answered my calls and cleared my doubts. Even though I installed a system which was on the cheaper side as compared to the top branded ones still he used to call and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Special shout out to the project coordinator Vineesha who arranged my installation within two weeks of payment and submitted all the paperworks in time. I had a small work pending after the installation and she coordinated with the installer who came and fixed it next day. The installtion was also very neat and fully compliant as per the inspector. They work with quality installers. I would definitely recommend Sunburn solar to those who are yet not able to decide which company to go with. They are full trustworthy and responsinle company.
