Listens to your needs and works with you to get an appropriate solution for your individual situation. Have also really appreciated the proactive and very engaged support post installation - this is not one of those companies that installs a system and then disappears next week. Highly recommended

  We recently had a rooftop solar system installed by 3 Phase Solar, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Alan provided us with multiple layout options and patiently answered all our questions in detail. The installation process was seamless. Shortly after accepting the quote, the installers came out and completed the work quickly and professionally. They were also happy to address any additional questions we had during the process. Once the installation was finished, Alan kept us informed at every step, guiding us through the accreditation process for our new solar system. Although we didn’t install a battery this time, we’ll definitely choose 3 Phase Solar when we’re ready to upgrade.

  I cannot rate Alan's customer service highly enough: he was absolutely brilliant. Alan assisted in every step of the way from the wrangle trying to get Service Victoria to approve the rebate paperwork over several weeks to thoroughly addressing every intricacy of the installation. His team installed a super efficient heat pump hot water system for us. A couple of things went wrong in the process but I am still giving 5 stars and that is mostly because of Alan's exceptional customer service and being really pleased with the end result of much cheaper energy bills for our household. Thanks Alan!

  Great experience with Alan and 3 Phase Solar. My husband and I are very happy. Alan is very detail, thorough and patience in explaining, providing us options and explain them in detail, he provides only good quality of products, installation is quick and hassle-free, and we can directly see the consumption and production metrics just a day after installation. It was very daunting previously when we tried to choose solar provider however when our friend recommended 3 Phase Solar to us and talked directly with Alan, we know that this is the right one. Totally recommended!
