Smart Energy

Smart Energy installed our Solar Panels this week, the experience was EXCELLENT. Our Solar Specialist Eli gave us all the information, an extremely nice young man. Thankyou to Jack , who made the initial call to our home. The tradesman who completed the installation, extremely skilled, curteous so very careful and tidy around my garden TOP NOTCH JOB. Cant wait to start saving on our Energy Costs. Would recommend SMART ENERGY to anyone.

I’m so chuffed to have solar panels on my home. Beth was so positive and helpful. She knew I’d tried to install solar energy before and been knocked back. I can’t remember the company. Everything went so smoothly and when I’ve had a problem with connecting to Wifi I was helped by a consultant step by step over the phone to get it connected. Overall very happy. I was very impressed with Rhyss presentation. If there was information he was not sure of he contacted someone else to verify. Correspondences haven't been overwhelming and information staggered. With having a power outage recently my battery kicked in giving me power to my fridge and microwave.

EDIT: After some initial difficulties with communication detailed below, Smart Energy supplied a resolution to my issues which I am satisfied with. There were some extenuating circumstances that lead to the miscommunications and I understand Smart Energy have taken steps to ensure this does not reoccur. The Solar System is working well in general and I am satisfied. Original review: The sales guy was quiet helpful, but tellingly everything after signing the contract has been pathetic. They changed the system design without consultation, didn't correctly set up my access to the monitoring app, didn't discount my bill after changing the system design as was agreed, still haven't supplied correct documentation so compliance isn't complete, and have been difficult to contact, wanting to phone me rather than respond to emails.

From the start to the end, Smart Energy has been an excellent service. Jake, the appointment setter was friendly and easy to talk to, Bruce who came to talk about our plan and set-up was knowledgeable and honest. Tom and the installers were communicative, efficient and organised. Our experience was seamless and fantastic. Our system has been set up wonderfully with top of the line materials, and we can track it's earnings and readings through the app which has already shown we are saving money. We are very ecstatic with our choice of provider!

We were totally satisfied with Jacobs presentation and service. Smart Energy kept us informed on the progression of our installation regularly. We did not have to chase anything up. Our solar is already generating more power each day than we are using. Very satisfied.
