National Grid Support

From the moment Sam from the NGSS team arrived, we felt we were in good hands. We spoke about our garden, our bees, our passion for sustainability and the reasons we wanted solar. Sam showed us all the technology that was available, we had a good chat about batteries too - we went through out bills and made sure we got the right size system for how we used energy. Everything was open, honest and informative. A few weeks later, once everything was ordered, the 12 Panel solar PV system (details in image) was installed on our home, and we were able to access the afternoon sun immediately!! The tradesmen were super friendly, and so careful with our tiled roof. We just can't quite believe that it all happened so fast, and works so well and looks SO SO GOOD. We're now awaiting the final inspection and conversion changes for the grid from our electric company so we can put any unused energy back into the grid for credits (4 to 6 week wait) - so once that all happens, I'll report back with our savings - word on the street we can expect close to $0 bills... and that added to the fact that we can use our aircon and dryer guilt free... this is just the best. Thank you NGSS for giving us such a great first-time-solar-PV'ers experience! So glad we went with you!

After looking at a number of Solar companies i ended up choosing NGSS, which was the best decision i could have made. From the moment the sales team first came over to go through the options with me to the time the install team left after installing the system i cannot be happier with team and the job they done. Great sales team, Dave in particular was very helpful and came at a time convenient to us. The installation team were friendly and accommodating, allowing us extra time between removal of our old panels and insulation of the new panels so that we could have our roof painted. Highly recommended this company.

Salesperson was very friendly, informative and provided a clear cost benefit breakdown. Installation was completed in 6-ish hours, installers let me know when they arrived, cracked on with the job, and then ran me through how to manage the system upon installation completion.

Our experience with NGSS has been very good. The sales representative was not pushy but realistically explained the solar heating installation process and how it could help us. He took the time to explain all the details so that we understood. The guys who actually did the installation were very professional and turned up on the designated day. We are waiting eagerly for our first electricity bill since having solar installed to see how much we have saved.
