The whole process was great from inspection and quote to installation. The team was very knowledgeable and the installation team were extremely friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend SNAP Solar to anyone who wants batteries and/or solar. Our Tesla Powerwall and solar are working flawlessly so far. We are very happy.

🌟 Fantastic Experience – Highly Recommend Snap Solar! We recently had our solar system installed by Snap Solar, and the whole experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Right from the beginning, the communication was excellent. Brady arranged a phone meeting with us and took the time to clearly explain all the options, what we needed, and what they could offer. He was incredibly patient and detailed, and after our long call we received a very clear, thorough email outlining everything we discussed. The office team was also great — always helpful when responding to emails / calls and questions. The installation team was extremely professional. They worked quickly, neatly, and confidently. They didn’t need much from us; they just came in and did an amazing job with zero hassle. The after-installation follow-up has also been excellent. Brady checked in with us to make sure everything was working well and that we were happy with the system. We are based in Airlie Beach, and Snap Solar still managed to get our installation booked and completed earlier than expected — before Christmas. All the local companies told us we’d have to wait until February or March, so this was a huge bonus. Overall, truly 5-star service. We highly recommend Snap Solar to anyone looking for a smooth, professional solar installation experience.

Recently engaged with a number of solar vendors for a standalone system at our house. From the outset Snap were professional and prompt with all enquiries and changes we requested. We engaged Snap to perform the work again communication was great and the team kept us in the loop the whole time. When it came to the installation I'm happy to say that Brock and the team did a fantastic job, I know I'm a fussy person but their attention to detail ticked the boxes for me. 11/10 service from Brady and the team at Snap Solar, from quote through design and installation they were very professional and knew exactly how to maximise the system install. Ended up going with a stacked Powerwall 3 which is performing exceptionally. Would definitely recommend Snap Solar to any friends and family.

After a lot of broken promises by cheaper providers we made contact with Snap. Jesse saw us on the Monday and explained everything expertly and although SNAP was not the cheapest quote we decided to run with them installing 30 Panels or a 13.2kw system. We explained the urgency of the install and 8 days after signing the contract Brock and his install team arrived. 5 hours later our system was installed and we were generating our own electricity.
