The service during my solar panel installation was commendable and I am very grateful to Sam for his technical know how and friendly explanations that made every technical detail clear and the whole experience very reassuring.

We signed on in November 24 and installation was achieved in March 25. In between there was no communication about a likely install date until we pushed for it. So while we waited, the lack of communication was a little concerning. Mind you, this was during the Xmas downtime and a big wet season. However, we had paid a deposit and so we became a little concerned by the silence. Once we pushed and locked in a date things went as smoothly as possible. Our installer, Brad, did a great job on a somewhat challenging steep site. Without hesitation, he rectified one or two hiccups along the way. Ours is a large site with a couple of options for positioning of the panels. We took Sam's advice regarding optimal return on investment, despite it not being our preferred option aesthetically. We are yet to see the outcome but are confident in this local business and, on the whole do recommend them.

I was very impressed with Mission Green Solar. From the sales team to the installers, everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. The crew kept the worksite clean and even made sure we knew what was going on throughout the installation process. Sam was particularly helpful - he was honest and answered all our questions clearly. The installers were respectful of our home and even reminded us to close windows and doors when necessary. I would definitely recommend Mission Green Solar to anyone considering solar panels.
