When our old system failed due to storm damage, Greg and Rachael were able to guide us through making a claim on our insurance which was a great help. In preparation for the replacement of the system I did my own research on getting a new system and found that Smart Energy Choices really followed what I felt to be "best practice". Options were provided as to what system to install and onsite the team was efficient and friendly and tidied up as they went along. I feel very confident in their after sales service and have no hesitation in recommending them as they are genuinely nice people but also passionate about what they do.
