Go Green Energy - Solar Power Cairns

The main reason, I went with Go Green Energy, was that Rob's customer service, was streets ahead of his competitors. I had intended to use the same local company, I had used when I first went solar, but Rob's care and knowledge blew them out the water. Having no real knowledge of solar batteries beforehand, I was relying on their expertise to help me make up my mind. Being a local really helped too. I have had my system in place now for over a week and I am very pleased with the after sales service and quality of the system, that was recommended to me. Thanks to Rob and his team for everything.

Great Installer to deal with. But actual electrician that came to do the install was a subcontractor. - Sales and quoting process was smooth and Rob was happy to answer all of my questions. As promised, he sent out a rep to do a site inspection to make sure the system would fit on my roof correctly. - The installation I requested to schedule 3 months ahead as I wanted to be present onsite. - On the day of installation, I was surprised that it was not a Go Green electrician that performed the installation. It was a subcontractor which I would have preferred Rob disclosed. This is the only reason I dropped 1x star off. - Thankfully, the subcontractor was licensed and accredited. His team did a good job with the install and regularly checked with me to ensure the installation was as per my specific requirements. Was happy with the workmanship such as taking care when handling the new equipment and routing the wiring neat and tidy as per my requests. - Job took up most of the day and appreciated that they did not rush the work. - All paperwork and warranty we sent through once full payment was made.

We are very happy with Go Green Energy work recently in our house, by installing batteries to add into our solar panel grid system, very professional conducted, I recommend their work on solar and batteries if you wish to do so. Thanks once again to the whole Go Green Energy friendly team 🙏

I made the right decision after researching Cairns local battery installers. I contacted go green energy and spoke to Rob and he was very informative. I had a myriad of questions he answered all of them to my satisfaction. I received a very fair quote for a 13.8kw BYD Battery and I accepted it.The installation team arrived on time and did a fantastic installation very informative and efficient. The follow-up from the company straight after installation was something I've never experienced before to make sure I was happy and I've had it all explained to me.
