Great solar installation experience! We recently had our solar system installed by Replenishable Energy, and we could not be happier with the entire experience, from initial quote to final hand-over. Right from the start, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain system options clearly, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose a configuration that perfectly matched our energy needs and budget. The installation team worked efficiently and left the site clean and tidy each day. They communicated every step of the process and made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked before they packed up. The installers were courteous and respectful of our home — a huge plus! We were also impressed with their transparent pricing, excellent customer service, professional installation, and post installation support and maintenance service. We recently had Replenishable Energy install solar panels and a battery with backup at our house in Palm Cove. Everyone we dealt with at replenishable including installers, sales and management were a pleasure to deal with were knowledgeable, informative, responsive, efficient and competent. Replenishable energy did exactly what they promised. We did the homework and liked what they stood for so went with them. From working out the best system for our budget through to sorting install dates when it needed to happen they are A1. Dan is outstanding at customer service keeping us informed and was still helping me with the system app on Xmas eve. Paul was excellent on site making sure our system was safe and taking me through a complete explanation of each part once installed. The install happened whilst other tradies were on site and they nailed it in under 2 days. We are chuffed and highly recommend this firm if you want a company that will not let you down.

New 20Kw FoxESS system installed in Jan 2026 with 40kW-hr Battery that performing exceptionally well. Replenishable Energy provided terrific service during the install (prompt and on time and efficiently installed with minimum of fuss. Good care of property during installation and pleasure to have around. One followup question late on a friday night that required a firmware update dealt with within 20m9nutes of my call. I highly recommend Rollo and his team in Cairns and cannot fault the system.

Rolo and Isabelle from Replenishable Energy, Cairns, were amazing to deal with. They are very professional and know their stuff. Rolo gave us a few options for our solar system and battery set up. We went with the larger 22Kw Aiko panels and the Sungrow 50 Kw batteries. The install and commissioning went well. The installation team were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked hard. We are completely satisfied with their workmanship and the products they used. We now have an amazing solar system with a good warranty and have been free of the grid since the install.
