Jeremy has provided great customer service for 2 solar installations, most recently replacing the whole system after it sustained hail damage in a storm. The timeframe for replacement was very quick, including providing a report for the insurance company then installing the new system with 6 weeks of submitted our claim. I had quite unique requirements for my solar setup, and after speaking with several providers, it was clear that Jeremy was the only one willing to really invest the time to understand what I needed. He worked closely with me to design a system that fit my situation perfectly, rather than offering a standard solution that did not meet my needs. The installation itself was complex, involving solar, batteries, EV charging integration, smart switch capability, and it required some additional setup and fine-tuning along the way. Throughout the whole process, Jeremy was incredibly responsive and proactive in resolving any issues that came up, which made a big difference. Now that everything is up and running, I couldn’t be happier. The system has been performing amazingly well, and the solar, batteries, EV chargers and switches all work seamlessly together. What really stands out, though, is the ongoing after-sales support—Jeremy has continued to be available and helpful whenever needed, which gives great peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Fantastic team that provided expert advice and planning and installation for our new solar system and home battery in 2 stages over 18 months. Jeremy helped us first install the solar panels and then later helped us to add the home battery when it would make the most financial impact. We would highly recommend both Jeremy and Flare Solar. He has given us advice on how to get the most out of both the solar panels and home battery included guidance on energy retailers as well as energy saving tips to make the most use of the solar and batteries.

Flare Solar installed a solar system on my house five years ago and I have had no issues with it. It has been a great investment and I have saved heaps on my power bills. It paid for itself in three and a half years. The after sales services is great with Jeremy coming out to check the system was still working as it should. Got a 10.7kw System installed, Was a struggle to find time to organise a sit down due to a busy work schedule, But Jeremy was able organise a time that suited me after hours. System was installed with in a day, No issues since. But still had continual great customer service when I have rang to ask questions about understanding the interface of the app. You hear a lot of horror story's about solar and I am glad to not have signed up with one of them.

Great solar install company. Highly recommend. Had the system now for about a year, and bills have gone right down. Easy to contact if I have questions and always willing to help with the app. Cost a bit extra but worth it for the customer service and extra big system.
