Good experience overall, had a pleasant young man come to my door to let me know about their community solar program. Found it interesting so signed up for a free appointment with a solar expert and he suggested that I don’t need solar at the moment as my power bill wasn’t that much. Overall he gave me some good info and wasn’t pushy at all. Good work Enfini 👍 far better than most door to door experiences

I recently had solar panels installed by Enfini, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the first quote through to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me reduce my energy bills while increasing my home’s energy efficiency. Enfini specialises in customised solar and battery solutions, working with CEC-accredited local installers to ensure high-quality workmanship and a smooth installation process. What stood out most was their customer service — the team took the time to explain how everything works, answered all my questions patiently, and tailored a system that really suited my household’s energy needs. Even as someone who had reservations about solar before, the transparency and support they provided made the decision easy. Since the system has been up and running, I’ve already seen a noticeable drop in my power bills, which has been incredibly rewarding. Overall, Enfini offers friendly, reliable service with excellent local expertise. They made what could have been a complex process feel simple and stress-free, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to invest in solar energy for their home or business.

Their door to door sales tactic is defintely predatory. But I had some interest in getting solar installed so I have booked a following appointment with the 'expert'. The expert showed up right at the time and he answered all the questions I had regarding the matter. At the end, due to our small power bill, he suggested that it is not worth to install solar on our house. Not pushy at all and very professional.

A weird mix of good and bad reviews here. Just adding my 2 cents. I had a young guy knock on my door, not wearing a high vis vest and not pretending to be from Energex. He did say something about a community project but it would obvious to me he was selling something. We chatted, he was very helpful and polite. Yes he asked for my number and confirmed an appointment the next day. Perhaps a little unnecessary. Someone from Solar Harbour shows up 10am on the dot the next day. Also polite and friendly. I showed him our latest bill, spoke about our setup, and he told me that with our current usage and energy provider, a new system or a battery are just not worth it, that we should keep on doing what we are doing. And that was it. He wasn't pushy. Whether I would actually go with them if they suggested new panels is a different question, but my experience was positive.

A young guy showed up at my door the other day, at first, I wasn't sure what he wanted. Turns out, he was offering a solar panel program with zero upfront cost. It sounded interesting, so l decided to hear him out. The very next day, they sent an expert to my home to walk me through the entire process and assess if it was the right fit for my situation. He was extremely friendly and explained everything clearly. I'm really grateful to be starting the process and looking forward to saving money as soon as possible.

Frequently asked questions

How much do solar installers typically charge?
Solar costs vary widely depending on system size, equipment choices, roof access and whether additional electrical upgrades or battery work are required. Simple panel adds or routine maintenance are typically much less involved than full system installs or battery integrations. This page shows live pricing to help compare current rates alongside the specific scope of your job.
Do solar installers charge call-out fees?
Yes — call-out fees are common for solar installers and are often charged to cover attendance and an initial assessment. Call-outs are usually separate from hourly labour and materials, and after-hours or emergency visits typically attract higher rates. Confirm whether a call-out fee is included or listed separately when comparing quotes.
Do solar installers need a licence in Australia?
Yes. Solar installation work is required to be carried out by a licensed installer in every Australian state and territory, and in NSW installers are licensed through NSW Fair Trading. Many installers also hold industry credentials such as Clean Energy Council accreditation and may display a valid state electrical contractor licence on quotes, as well as public liability insurance. These credentials can help indicate the installer has relevant training and compliance practices.
Does Enfini have a verified ABN?
Yes. Enfini has completed ABN verification on SureQuote.
How do I get a quote from Enfini?
