I was introduced to Louanne by a mutual friend. I enquired for a massage for my constant upper back pain. Louanne took the time to evaluate my posture and work on addressing the cause rather than a temporary pain relief. She said it’ll take around 6-8 weeks. I replied impossible, I’ve been like this all my life. Amazingly her treatment and the exercises she advised has greatly improved my posture and relieved the tension all within her time frame. Louanne is very genuine and said that you have to be constantly aware of your posture and keep up the exercises otherwise you will slowly fall back into your old habits.
