To whom it may concern My name is Robert Killin. I have just purchased a solar system from your company. I would just like to point out to you the following. Your Sales/ Energy Consultant Mr Matt Hickmott was an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you want glitz and glamour and someone that can spin you the BS, then don't bother talking to him. If you want to deal with a straight talker/no frills bloke that will sell you a system to fore fill your needs then he's your man. His experience and knowledge will guide you on your solar journey. He is a very polite, charismatic, honest man. It was his expertise and knowledge that he knew about the produce was what sold me on the idea of spending nearly $25,000 dollars on your system. Behind each consultant there must be the account managers. Simone Clarke, I cannot say enough about this lady. Truly brilliant she has been with me throughout my solar journey there to answer all my strange and out their questions and concerns. She has done everything to make this journey painless for me. She has organised everything from the finance aspect to the installation never not being contactable sending me texts and step by step emails to keep me in the loop as to what was happening and when. Her happy and cheerful mannerisms and the way she conversed with helped to alleviate many of my concerns by a person that is forking out the big dollars on an endeavour like this. I'm nearly 70 years old and I'm not very tech savvy, but I was never made to feel small or insignificant. She nurtured and has grown this business relationships. I only hope that one day I could put a face to the name. I would also like to bring to your attention the installation team that did my installation. Cameron Birkett from Birkett Electrical and his team of Callam, Ethan and Chad were absolutely amazing, polite, well-mannered and so professional never wasted a minute. They arrived at 10am, no mucking around straight into it. They finished the installation in such a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Probably even cleaner than when they arrived. Cameron informed me that they are missing a few minor items he needed to complete the installation as they were waiting for them to arrive in stock. I thought to myself oh here we go not going see this bloke for a while. I was totally amazed and gob smacked that on Saturday morning at 8.30am I got a call from him stating that he would be here at my home in1/2 and hour to complete the installation. So here I am like a kid on Christmas, so happy and feeling like I did the right thing in going on this journey with your company and your team. I can wait until I get my last energy bill from my old supplier. I would like to extend my Gratitude to the team at Virtual Power Co from First Consultation with Matt to Dealing with Simone for the Scheduling of the job right through the install team was a breeze especially over the busy Christmas period. This is our second solar purchase and install. (Not virtual power co)The first time we went with another company, who did well with the sale and package however the install and after sales service was terrible. This time around we went through virtual power co as we had a good referral from a friend. Holy moly! These guys were considerate, professional with no pushy sales garbage, Hugh our sales guy did the maths and was even careful not to oversell to us, even accounting for getting a pool, spa, shed etc down the track made sure we could upgrade later on without replacing inverter etc. The install was so tidy, the sparkies were considerate and kept us in the loop the whole time and even cleaned up after them selves. After the install we have had follow up calls and check ins to run us through the virtual power plant setup and ensuring we are maximising our investment! I highly highly recommend these guys! So far it looks like we will have a $3 power bill this quarter, prior to solar we had over $1000 power bill last quarter.

The guys that installed our system done a great job. Neat tidy job and they cleaned up after themselves . The system itself works better than I thought it would. Very happy with the service and the Australian made product.

What a fantastic company to deal with. We had our system installed with ease. The communication throughout the whole process was amazing and transparent.
