Just had a new solar system and battery installed by Alex and the team at Solahart Shoalhaven. Alex was excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable and accommodating despite me making him work to get my business. Communication was great throughout the whole process including post installation. The installation team were also excellent, they arrived on time and the finished installation looks great. No hesitation at all recommending Alex and the Solahart Shoalhaven team.

He didn't try to sell us anything but rather he spent an hour with us clearly explaining every aspect of our power uses and needs which helped us to reach a decision about a battery that was in our best interests. Great experience from start to finish.There was no sales pitch, just honest upfront info on the best system for our needs. They did a great job with the install, smashed it out in 2 days, the first in the hot sun and the second in the rain. Looks and works great. The post install service is also great. They are happy to hear from you and ready to help. Will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone who needs solar.

Our water pump failed at the worst possible time on Friday, and we were incredibly stressed about it! This is the first time I've had to replace a water heater LOL. Despite it being after hours, Alex responded promptly and came out to assess the situation and provide guidance. Alex and the team installed our new water heater professionally and efficiently, and the workmanship was excellent. The team was knowledgeable, reliable, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. Even took away the older outdated one. Highly recommend — truly professional and exceptional service!

I found Solarhart Nowra very professional and easy to deal with. Alex provided the details of his proposal and was keen to explore other options and challenges. I was most impressed by the attention to detail of the install team. They spent 1/2 day checking and adjusting the roof brackets so they were aligned. This symptom of detail seemed to be present in all that they did. The performance of the system is as expected and Winter months will the the big test of performance.
