The Energy Experts installed my solar panels a few years ago and I was happy with the experience. That is why I chose them again when considering the battery options. I liaised with Caro who I have always found to be very helpful and approachable. She kept me well informed of the process, followed up on how the battery installation proceeded and offered further assistance in the future and review how the batteries are operating and how to maximise the benefits in a few months' time. The service provided cannot be faulted by both The Energy Experts themselves and the installer, very approachable and very friendly. I feel I can ask them anything that is of concern or when I need advice and can expect the same excellent service.

I needed to deal with 'The Energy Experts' remotely from interstate and the process was uncomplicated. They arranged a site visit then prepared a quotation. Any questions arising from the quotation were answered. The installation was complicated by other items already installed on the roof, so I was phoned and a solution discussed. The installation looks neat and the monitoring confirms a large improvement over the old installation. The company has kept in touch while we review the monthly invoices. Altogether a seamless experience. Just be aware that they sit at the expensive end of the market due to the quality of the products that they install.
