Was kept informed on installation date and the team of Scott, Christian and Gonzo arrived on time, were well presented and polite, and it quickly became obvious this was far from their first rodeo! I had my solar panels installed by Platinum solar designs around 5 years ago. This was a truly worthwhile experience from Scott and Kristi-Lee, as well as their professional installers. Having reduced my power bills to close to zero, the opportunity to install a battery to the system was now an affordable option with generous government rebates. It was an obvious choice for me to have the team at Platinum solar make the transition to a fully integrated VPP (virtual power plant). Once again the installers made the process of adding the battery seamless, and Scott and Kristi-Lee handled the government rebate. This has been an enjoyable process with very positive results.
