Our journey has had highs and lows. The key message is "Great customer service stands tall when responding to challenges". Compliments to Arjun for getting on top of the issues. It all started so well then the wheels fell off. Then outstanding customer service followed in the blink of an eye. Result = a happy customer again. So what happened? Multiple emails and phone calls (post installation) had not been returned in recent weeks. Fixed when Arjun dropped in with a personal touch. Details of circuit breaker tripping on multiple occasions had been supplied and ignored. Now identified a pathway to identify the fault cause (which may be anywhere). WIP with professionalism.
